What is a Medication Management Plan?

A Medication Management Plan is a clinician-led roadmap that keeps your treatment safe, effective, and focused on your goals. At Evolve Brain Health, Dr. Thomas Knightly and our team personally review your medical and medication history, current symptoms, and any risk factors to select the right medication and dose. We schedule follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust treatment quickly when needed - the aim is measurable improvement with minimal side effects.

The Five Keys We Monitor

01

The Right Patient

a full clinical and medical history, including risk screening.

02

The Right Drug

evidence-based selection matched to your diagnosis and previous responses.

03

The Right Dose

careful, gradual titration to balance benefit and side effects.

04

The Right Route

appropriate administration (in-clinic vs at-home) and when adjunctive options are needed.

05

The Right Time

appropriate scheduling and early follow-up so problems are caught early

Medication Combined

Medication is often an effective first step, and it’s routinely combined with other proven treatments when needed:

  • TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) - for people with limited response to medications.

  • Spravato (esketamine) - REMS-supervised in-clinic option for certain treatment-resistant cases.

Cost & Insurance
