The same relief. Compressed into days, not weeks.

Accelerated TMS delivers a full course of depression treatment using the same FDA-cleared magnetic stimulation as standard TMS, just condensed into 1-day or 5-day treatment instead of 6-8 weeks.

Two protocols. One goal.

Both paths use the same underlying technology. They differ in how compressed the schedule is and how much research backs each one.

I struggled with severe depression for years and tried many medications with little success. I did the research and found Evolve Brain Health. I completed accelerated TMS and I feel better. I never thought I'd say that. You will not find a more kind and empathetic staff.

A calm place to get better.

No hospital feel. Private treatment rooms, comfortable chairs, and a team that knows you by name.

Medication after medication. Still stuck.

You've tried the antidepressants. Maybe therapy too. Some helped a little, some not at all, some came with side effects worse than the depression.

That doesn't mean nothing works. It means you may have treatment-resistant depression, and there are FDA-backed treatments built specifically for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does insurance cover TMS and Spravato in Connecticut?

Yes. Standard TMS and Spravato are covered by most major plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, ConnectiCare, Husky, and Medicare, for patients who haven't responded adequately to antidepressants. We verify your specific benefits and handle the prior authorization paperwork for you.

  • How much will I pay out of pocket?

For most covered patients, out-of-pocket cost is comparable to a standard specialist copay, typically between $0 and $25 per session depending on your plan. We confirm your exact cost before you start. No surprise bills.

  • How fast do these treatments work?

Many Spravato patients notice improvement within days, and our accelerated TMS program is completed in five days. Standard TMS runs six to nine weeks with daily sessions under twenty minutes.

  • What if I haven't tried enough medications to qualify?

Coverage typically requires trying two antidepressants without adequate relief. If you're not there yet, we offer full psychiatric care, medication management and therapy, and can transition you to TMS or Spravato if needed.

  • Are these treatments safe?
Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.
  • Do I have to stop my current medication?

Usually no. Most of our treatments work alongside your current medication. Your provider will review everything at your evaluation.

  • What is treatment-resistant depression?

Depression that hasn't improved enough after trying at least two antidepressants at a proper dose and duration. It's common, and it's exactly what treatments like TMS and Spravato are designed for.
