What is a Psychiatric Evaluation?
A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive, clinician-led assessment designed to understand your symptoms, diagnose psychiatric conditions (for example, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder), and create a safe, evidence-based treatment plan. At Evolve Brain Health, Dr. Thomas Knightly and our team spend 60–90 minutes reviewing your history, current symptoms, and medical background so we can provide a clear diagnosis and concrete next steps tailored to you.

What Patients Want to Know
What am I going to get?

Costs vary by insurance and service. We accept many major insurers and offer self-pay options - call or submit the form and we’ll confirm coverage and give a cost estimate before your visit.
How little of my time will it take?
The initial evaluation is 60–90 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 15–30 minutes (phone or in-person) depending on needs.

Very little - a short online request form (<60 seconds), scheduling that typically gets you seen within 1 week, and a staff team that handles referrals, prior-authorizations and care coordination.
